Georgina Rodriguez reveals that she agreed to dinner on her first date with superstar Cristiano Ronaldo in 2016, despite having eaten two hours earlier.
The beauty admits that she was already full before their first dinner together. “Cristiano said to me, ‘Would you like to have dinner with me?’. I had dinner two hours ago but still went out with him, like a lady,” shared Georgina Rodriguez in a promotional video for the documentary “I am Georgina,” airing on Netflix on January 27, coinciding with her birthday.
Girlfriend of Ronaldo recalls the “most unique moment” when she realized Ronaldo was the man of her life. Georgina says they held hands on the way to their first dinner date and “I felt these hands were very familiar, they fit perfectly.”
Ronaldo also appears in the film as the main character’s boyfriend. In a video introduction days before, the Portuguese superstar said he loved her from the moment they met. Georgina Rodriguez felt the same when she met the nine-year-old striker. “The day I met Cristiano was a working shift. I went to the Gucci store and when I left, he appeared, a very handsome man. I stopped and felt butterflies in my stomach. I wondered what was happening to me.”
The celebrity couple first met at a Gucci fashion store where Georgina Rodriguez worked as a sales assistant in mid-2016. At that time, the beauty was living with someone else in a cramped room and earning £250 a week. A few days later, they met again at another event, started chatting, and love blossomed from there. It’s unclear how long Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez secretly dated before being spotted together at Disneyland Paris in mid-November 2016, although he disguised himself to avoid being recognized. Since then, Georgina Rodriguez’s life has taken a new turn, living in luxury and abundance alongside the handsome, wealthy footballer.
The beauty, with Argentine and Spanish bloodlines, also modestly embraced the CR7 lifestyle. It took her some time to get used to her boyfriend’s affluent lifestyle. From being a high-end fashion salesperson, Georgina Rodriguez now adorns herself in designer clothes, bags, and shoes, appearing at fashion events and walking alongside famous celebrities. She travels frequently by her £20 million private jet or snaps photos, relaxes on his yacht. “Having a private jet makes traveling easier. If I have to stay at the airport for two hours with Cristiano, I’ll go crazy. I’d rather not go,” Georgina said, showing her accustomed to luxury travel.
In a movie segment, the beauty hosts a weekend party on their £5.5 million CG Mare yacht in Monaco. She invited a close group of friends, including those she worked with at Gucci and her sister Ivana. With just a call or text, the whole group was there. Georgina’s sister Ivana once said, “You always have to be ready with a bag with my sister. You’ll never know what the next surprise will be. If you blink, you’ll miss an adventure.”
In another segment, Georgina is discussing their upcoming summer vacation with a travel agent. The beauty lists requirements for their private villa including “multiple rooms and a private pool, easy access for a small boat to dock, and a piece of land for the children to stroll around, without having to leave the villa but still have a place to play.” Ronaldo’s girlfriend also added that a gym room is unnecessary because if there’s still space available, they’ll bring their own gym equipment.

The film also reveals that Georgina does not hire a nanny but takes care of everything herself, taking the children to school with a security driver. “I’m lucky to have a freelance job, not having to wake up at 7 a.m. and return home at 9 p.m. like many other mothers. I can work from home so I have the opportunity to take care of my children myself. They mean everything to me,” said Ronaldo’s girlfriend. The beauty also mentioned that when she was young, she often played very girly games like cooking, playing with dolls, so she feels she has a strong maternal instinct.
