Cardi B swiftly came to the defense of sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson after Australian journalist Claire Lehmann suggested on Twitter that Richardson might be using steroids.
Lehmann’s claims, based on Richardson’s long hair and nails, were quickly shut down by Cardi B. “BIOTIN…….You need for your thin a** hair,” Cardi B tweeted in response to Lehmann’s accusations, referring to the vitamin B supplement. On Instagram, Cardi B further addressed the situation, expressing her support for Richardson and predicting her future success: “This is how I feel about the Sha’Carri situation, right. I feel like we cannot turn time around. I feel like the Olympics are going to try and be so hard on her ’cause this has been a big situation. However, that doesn’t take away (from the fact) that she’s the most talked about athlete.
