The Eagles, the No. 2 seed in the NFC, defeated the No. 6 Washington Commanders in the NFC championship game. The Chiefs, the No. 1 seed in the AFC, beat the No. 2 Buffalo Bills in the AFC championship game.

Who is playing in the Super Bowl 2025?
The Philadelphia Eagles became the first team in the Super Bowl after their 55-23 win over the Washington Commanders in the NFC championship game Sunday.
The Kansas City Chiefs became the second with their 32-29 win over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC championship game.
It is a rematch of the 2023 Super Bowl, a 38-35 win for the Chiefs.
The Chiefs are searching for their third straight Super Bowl title. They beat the San Francisco 49ers in the 2024 Super Bowl, 25-22.
