Cristiano Ronaldo poured out his heart to express his love in a love song when fans affirmed that “he is not only the greatest football player of all time”.
Video leaves fans in awe of Cristiano Ronaldo’s “heavenly” voice. Fans have discovered a video of Cristiano Ronaldo pouring out his heart to a love song. People couldn’t believe what they were hearing and seeing after an old video emerged of the Portuguese superstar singing Julio Iglesias’ “Amor Mio”, Sun Sports wrote today, June 8.
The video, recorded in 2009 as part of an advertising campaign in Ronaldo’s native Portugal, shows Ronaldo sitting in a recording studio singing at the top of his lungs as a romantic soundtrack plays.
The video was an advertisement for a bank called Banco Espirito Sanro (BES). But the bank no longer exists. Ronaldo may wish the video would disappear like the bank, but unfortunately for the 39-year-old Al Nassr striker, it is still online.
Fans seem to love the hilarious clip, which was meant to be sarcastic. But that hasn’t stopped fans from reacting positively to Ronaldo’s sudden resurgence on social media .
One person wrote: “Cristiano Ronaldo is not only the greatest footballer of all time but also the greatest singer of all time.” A second person added: “Ronaldo has great football skills and also has a great voice.”

While another commented : “Why am I in tears? Cristiano Ronaldo’s voice is like an angel…”. And a fourth joked: “The best singer in the world and you can’t change my mind!”
The campaign was filmed while Ronaldo was still in the final days of his first spell at Manchester United. The 39-year-old Portuguese goal machine went on to sign for Real Madrid that summer (2009) and his stardom reached heights far beyond singing in a bank ad.
