Former Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius married his bride Diletta Leotta in Sicily on his 31st birthday, June 22.
The German goalkeeper and his Italian bride exchanged vows under the sunset at the 5-star Therasia Resort on the coast of Sicily over the weekend. About 160 guests attended the wedding ceremony. The bride, born in 1991, was led down the aisle by her father to the music of John Legend’s “All of Me”.
The couple’s little daughter Aria also wore a white wedding dress like her parents and attended the happy day. In the joint post, beautiful Diletta wrote the caption: ‘Everything I ever wanted’.
At the dinner party afterward, the groom changed into a blue suit. The newlyweds cut the large wedding cake before exchanging a passionate kiss amid a jubilant fireworks display.
The talented couple started dating in 2022 and got engaged a year later. Loris Karius and his two-year-old fiancee had a long-distance relationship due to the nature of their work. He plays in England for Newcastle and she is a sports reporter for DAZN in Italy.
Last August they welcomed their first baby, Aria.
The German goalkeeper and the Italian beauty often share romantic moments together.
