The Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs will renew their heated rivalry in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.
There’s no “Bad Blood” between their two most famous significant others.
Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, pop icon Taylor Swift, and Bills quarterback Josh Allen’s fiancee, actress Hailee Steinfeld, have been friends for more than a decade. They’ve appeared together on red carpets, at award shows and in a music video.
Swift, 35, is likely to be in attendance – she’s been at eight of nine Chiefs home games this season – and Steinfeld, 28, has cheered on Allen out of the spotlight at Bills games this year.
Steinfeld told E! News in 2013 that she met Swift about three years prior through a mutual friend, actress Emma Stone.

“We do just really random stuff when we are together,” Steinfeld said in the interview. “We just love to kick back, listen to music, watch TV, bake, watch movies and all of that kind of stuff.”
Steinfeld told People later in 2013 that she considers Swift to be like a big sister.
Steinfeld was interviewed for the cover of Seventeen magazine in 2016 and said the attention her and Swift get together is disproportionate.
“I think people think we spend a lot more time together than we actually do,” Steinfeld said “She’s amazing, though.”
Steinfeld was hoping to make it one of Swift’s Eras Tour shows, she told People in 2023.
Swift and Kelce have been dating since September 2023. Steinfeld and Allen were first spotted together in May 2023.
Hailee Steinfeld was in Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood’ music video
Steinfeld was one of more than a dozen female singers, actresses and models starring in Swift’s music video for “Bad Blood,” which premiered at the Billboard Music Awards on May 17, 2015.
The music video had an action movie women feel. The women in the video and group Swift hung out with was nicknamed the “squad.” The cast included: Swift, Steinfeld, Selema Gomez, Lena Dunham, Serayah, Gigi Hadid, Ellie Goulding, Martha Hunt, Cara Delevingne, Zendaya, Hayley Williams, Lily Aldridge, Karlie Kloss, Jessica Elba, Mariska Hargitay, Ellen Pompeo and Cindy Crawford. Steinfeld played The Trinity in the video.
It won a Grammy Award for Best Music Video and MTV Video Music Awards for Video of the Year and Best Collaboration.
“You get a call from Ms. Swift and you run to the phone,” Steinfeld said in a 2023 interview with People about being asked to appear in “Bad Blood.” “It doesn’t even matter what’s about to be said on the other side. You run to the phone, you pick it up. It was the coolest to be a part of her music video with so many incredibly talented, empowering women.
Taylor Swift went to Hailee Steinfeld’s ‘Romeo and Juliet’ premiere
Swift supported her friend Steinfeld at the Romeo and Juliet world premiere in Hollywood in 2013. Steinfeld starred as Juliet in the adaptation of William Shakespeare’s tragedy.
“We have been talking about her coming to this forever,” Steinfeld said on the red carpet about Swift attending the premiere. “I called her. She literally had just finished her tour. The fact she came out tonight means so much. I am so excited.”
Swift and Steinfeld sat together at the ArcLight Hollywood and were inseparable at the after-party at the Soho House in Los Angeles.
Swift’s 2008 song “Love Story” was inspired by Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet play.
