Amid reports that it’s Liverpool that have ‘most recently’ been in contact to sign the 23-year-old, BILD claim the Dutchman ‘dreams’ of playing for the Merseyside giants.
Having said that, the Reds will have to move fast to wrap up a deal for Frimpong as it’s been reported that his £34 million release clause is active for one week after Sunday’s Euro 2024 final.
