Selena Gomez is one of the most famous women in the world and she just posted some photos that are growing her reach even more.
Selena Gomez has done it again and has set the Internet into overdrive with some 𝑠e𝑥ys bikini photos.
Gomez, 31, just celebrated her birthday with a group of famous friends and is now posting photos of herself on a boat and in a bikini.
“He looks happy,” one fan commented.
“This is slow!” Another commented.
“He is living his best life and we love seeing it!” someone else applauded.
The former teen star has been more active on social media lately and fans can’t get enough, especially since she’s been sharing some revealing snaps.
The bikini photos come after Gomez had to deal with body shaming earlier this year when a photo of her in a swimsuit went viral because her figure looked fuller.
She looked curvier than usual and the comments were cruel. Finally, she responded to the hate and explained that her weight gain was due to a medication she takes to help control her lupus disease.
“When I take it, I tend to retain water weight, and that happens very normally. When I stop, I tend to lose weight,” she explained.
He also reminded people that when they comment on people’s body changes, they don’t always know the “real story.”
She added that she is not a “model” and “never will be,” but told people that they should not strive for bodily perfection because they are already “beautiful and wonderful.”
Gomez has always been candid about how she dealt with body image issues while growing up in the public eye.
She was body-shamed for the first time on a large scale after paparazzi took some photos of her in a bikini and people online started making negative comments about her weight.
Gómez spoke about the experience in the Apple+ documentary series Dear… which features different famous people sharing their experiences.
“My weight fluctuated constantly because I was taking certain medications. And obviously people just followed him. It was like they couldn’t wait to find something to take me down. I was shamed for gaining weight because of my lupus,” she said.
The actor and singer also explained that while she pretended that the trolls didn’t get to her, that wasn’t actually the reality.
“I lied. I would go online, post a photo of myself and say (the negative comments) don’t matter, I don’t accept what you’re saying.”
In the meantime, he said he would be “crying” in his room because “no one deserves to hear those things.”
