In a losing position, Al Taawoun pushed up their formation to attack. The home team tried to fight back to find an equalizer, but their attacks were too simple and were easily neutralized by Al Nassr’s defense.
Ronaldo played quite poorly as he was blocked by Al Taawoun defenders and had almost no chance to touch the ball.
The most notable situation that Ronaldo created was at the end of the first half, the Portuguese star used his heel to pass the ball, creating an opportunity for Mane to curl it into the far corner, but goalkeeper Mailson dived to save Al Taawoun.
The first half ended with the advantage in favor of Al Nassr and in the second half, CR7 left his mark. In the 57th minute, Cristiano Ronaldo made an accurate connection in the penalty area to raise the score to 2-0 for Al Nassr. Al Nassr continued to press the field but the strikers were unlucky in finding the third goal.
