Ronaldo, Messi and Suarez’s sons all win youth tournaments

The future of world football will continue to witness the names Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi and Suarez, as the eldest sons of these famous players are gradually following in the footsteps of their great fathers, according to Spanish newspaper AS.

Right after Ronaldo Jr, 13 years old, the eldest son of famous football player Ronaldo just won the U.13 Saudi Pro League (Saudi Arabia) with the U.13 team of Al Nassr Club. Messi and Suarez ‘s sons , Thiago and Benjamin, both 11 years old, also won the championship with the U.12 Inter Miami team at the Weston Cup youth tournament in the US.

Ronaldo Jr. is only 13 years old but is almost as tall as his father – famous player Ronaldo (1.87 m tall). In addition to playing for the U.13 team, the boy also had a time playing for the U.15 Al Nassr team.

“Ronaldo Jr. has shown his playing abilities quite similar to his father, as he also possesses speed, skillful techniques and plays as a winger or center forward. He has scored many goals with his head from corner kicks thanks to his height surpassing his peers. Thereby, he has made a great contribution to the U.13 team of Al Nassr Club winning the U.13 Saudi Pro League 3 rounds early,” said AS .

Ronaldo is very happy with his son’s progress. The famous player once confided: “Ronaldo Jr. told me, Dad, wait a few more years, I want to play with you!”. If Ronaldo and his father play together in the Al Nassr team in the next few years, it will be an extremely interesting image for football fans around the world.

Another interesting image is that Ronaldo Jr and his teammates from the U.13 Al Nassr team were congratulated by their father and the first team players of the Al Nassr club right before a recent match in the Saudi Pro League.

But when Ronaldo Jr. passed by Ronaldo, the boy skipped shaking hands with his father because he was embarrassed. Ronaldo had to say loudly: “Hey Cris (Ronaldo Jr.’s nickname), come shake hands with your dad.” But Ronaldo Jr. still shyly walked away. The image was commented by many users of social network X (Twitter): “Ronaldo’s son is now grown up, he knows how to be shy in front of a crowd.”

Like Ronaldo, Messi and Suarez are both happy fathers, as they took the time to watch Thiago and Benjamin play recently for the Inter Miami U.12 team in the Weston Cup final. Not only these two famous players, but also their wives and other family members, such as Thiago’s grandparents, also came to watch their grandchildren play.

Thiago helped the U.12 Inter Miami team win the championship, when he scored a beautiful goal with a right-footed volley. The video of Thiago scoring the goal went viral on social networks. More specifically, the images showed Messi outside the field extremely happy and smiling brightly witnessing his son’s goal.

Messi recently brought his 8th Ballon d’Or to admire for the U.12 Inter Miami players, including his son Thiago (left cover, front row).

“At Inter Miami’s youth team, Thiago wears the number 10 shirt like his father. But the boy is being developed to play more in the central midfield position. Thiago still has a lot of time to develop his football skills. Similarly, Suarez’s son Benjamin wears the number 9 shirt and plays as a striker, or Ronaldo Jr. also wears the number 7 shirt and plays in many positions on the attack line like his father. These boys show that they all have the potential to become professional players in the future,” AS newspaper commented.
