“Relax Time: England Heroes Saka and Teammates Unwind in the Pool After Penalty Shootout Win Over Switzerland to Reach Euro 2024 Semi-finals, with an Iconic Movie Making an Appearance!”

The players from England were captured on camera getting ready for their semifinal matchup with the Netherlands in Euro 2024.

Gareth Southgate’s team appeared to be much better than in previous matches after using a new system in the quarterfinals, and on minute 75, Breel Embolo gave Switzerland the lead.

Following a number of substitutions, including Luke Shaw’s maiden tournament debut, England responded shortly after with a curled effort from Bukayo Saka.

The Three Lions retained their composure in the penalty shootout, making all five of their attempts to advance to their third semi-final in a major event under Southgate’s leadership, after the score stayed tied after extra time.

The team returned to work on Sunday as they got closer to Sunday’s final, with a match against the Netherlands coming up in a few days.

Among the players included on the ride was Trent Alexander-Arnold, the hero of the penalty shoot on Saturday.

The team was shown riding their bikes close to their Blankenhain base camp in footage taken from inside the England camp.

The Crystal Palace midfielder is heard asking Adam Wharton why he is moving so slowly before an off-camera voice informs him that it is a healing process.

A number of players were also put through their paces in the gym, with Conor Gallagher seen performing trap bar deadlifts whilst Saturday’s penalty hero Trent Alexander-Arnold did weighted sit ups.

In addition, a number of celebrities used the pool as a way to unwind after the demanding schedule of tournament football.

Jude Bellingham, together with Phil Foden and Eberechi Eze, examined video on a tablet by the pool’s edge.

A replica Wilson ball from the iconic 2000 movie Cast Away could also be seen, with Foden showing off his juggling skills as he repeatedly headed and shouldered the ball against a wall.

In the meantime, Harry Kane, the captain, gave Southgate a gold cap to mark 100 games as national team manager since 2016.

Southgate is only the third manager of England to attain the historic milestone.

In honour of Gareth Southgate’s 100 games in charge of the Three Lions, England captain Harry Kane gave him a gold cap.

With the win on Saturday, Southgate has now managed the Three Lions for a century and is getting closer to being the first manager to win a trophy for the team since 1966.

The 53-year-old, who came after Sir Walter Winterbottom and Sir Alf Ramsey, is just the third manager in England to accomplish the milestone.
