Trump delivered an inaugural address at the U.S. Capitol after being sworn in inside the rotunda in front of a limited number of VIP guests.

Thousands of people who planned to witness history on the National Mall instead watched at downtown D.C.’s Capital One Arena because of freezing weather. Many more who couldn’t get inside the arena could be seen watching a live video stream on the streets, outside in the cold.
