Miley Cyrus’s “Flowers” is the fastest song to reach 1 billion streams in history

Miley Cyrus has returned extremely strongly with a series of new records thanks to the hit “Flowers”.

According to sources from Billboard, Miley Cyrus ‘s song Flowers has officially reached 1 billion streams on the Spotify platform in just 112 days since its release. This achievement has helped Miley Cyrus become the artist with the fastest song to reach 1 billion streams in Spotify history.

Immediately after receiving the news, the former Disney star posted a thank you message to the audience on her personal page: “There are flowers that never fade. Thank you to all the fans.”

Not only did Flowers achieve a miracle on Spotify, Flowers also achieved a series of achievements with 8 weeks reaching the number 1 position on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Previously, Variety also reported that this is the song most used by audiences around the world in 2023. This can be considered the “lifetime” hit of the singer born in 1992, marking the return to fame. Together they succeeded after many years of trying to dominate the music market.

In fact, this song attracted attention before its release due to speculations about Miley’s ex-husband – actor Liam Hemsworth. Until the song was released, the audience was once again sure of this rumor because Flowers ‘ lyrics were like the former Disney star’s confession to her ex-husband.
