The 19-year-old was spotted leaving her Miami hotel in the mini dress which she wore without a bra.
The singer and actress accessorised with sunglasses, several gold chain necklaces and a grey holdall bag.
She was spied stepping out of her hotel with mother Tish, who accompanied her famous daughter to the Florida city.
Miley has been seen hitting the Pilates studio twice a day, and is often seen running with her dog before or after a session.

While she has defended herself against accusations of an eating disorder she has vociferously promoted her ‘gluten-free diet’ which has in itself attracted criticism.
Recently she took to her Twitter page to debunk the rumours, claiming her weight loss was due to a dietary allergy.
Miley tweeted: ‘For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about weight it’s about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!’
And she even told one fan: ‘Everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing. You won’t go back!’

Fans of the former Hannah Montana star became concerned about the star after after she recently tweeted a photograph of herself merely inhaling the contents of a Carl’s Jr fast food take away bag.
Waiting outside for Miley was a gaggle of female fans and the star took the time to greet her admirers, happily posing for pictures with her arms wrapped around them.
Miley seemed in good spirits and appears to be having a great time in the sunny location, but it seems the star is missing her pet pooches while she is away.

She wrote on her Twitter page on Monday: ‘I miss my babies at home. homesick already.’
But Miley’s dog Happy, who she rescued after he was abandoned outside a Walmart store, was lucky enough to accompany his owner on the trip.
The star, who has five dogs, will presumably also be missing her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, but the Hunger Games actor bid her a fond farewell before she headed to the airport on Monday.
