Miley Cyrus makes a silly face as she steps out for Variety’s Power of Women Luncheon Presented by Lifetime on Friday (October 14) in Los Angeles.
The 23-year-old singer brought along her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth as her date – before this, the couple hadn’t taken any official pictures together in public since they rekindled their romance!
Miley had her arms around Liam while they watched some of the presenters, and the duo was spotted taking selfies together and staying close as they mingled with guests.
Liam was happy to support Miley‘s latest Variety magazine cover, which honored her charity work with her Happy Hippie Foundation, an organization the offers support to the LGBTQ community and homeless youth.
Other honorees included Helen Mirren, Scarlett Johansson, Ava DuVernay, and Laverne Cox.
“I was overjoyed to not only share today with the brazen women in this room … but feeling just so fortunate,” Miley said during her speech (via People). “To anyone who’s ever felt like they’re different or don’t fit in, I want you to take that as a victory and know you’re not alone. I want to send love into the universe because we desperately need it.”
