As one of the greatest players in the history of world football , including sports in general, it is no surprise that Lionel Messi has amassed an incredible car collection thanks to his wealth.
The 2022 World Cup winner from Argentina is said to be worth £480m. The PSG superstar has an enviable supercar garage, including a number of Audis, a rare £4m Pagani Zonda and more.

But the most impressive car in Lionel Messi’s supercar collection is the Ferrari 335 S Spider Scaglietti which the former Barcelona star bought at auction for £28 million.

Ferrari 335 S Spider Scaglietti – £28 million
The most expensive of his supercar collection, Lionel Messi bought this classic Ferrari at auction for a whopping £28 million. Sun Sports reports that Messi beat Cristiano Ronaldo to the Ferrari 335 S Spider Scaglietti as the Portuguese superstar is also known as a car collector.

When he bought the Ferrari 335 S Spider Scaglietti, Messi showed off his sense of humor on Instagram, posting a picture of himself smiling while holding a miniature model of the car.
Pagani Zonda Roadster – £4 million
Ranked as one of the most expensive and fastest cars in the world, Messi’s Pagani is not street legal, it is only allowed to be used on the racetrack .
Pagani has been producing engines since 1999. And according to reports, only 40 Pagani Zonda Roadsters were made, which is why it is so expensive. Incidentally, Messi’s arch-rival Ronaldo drove a Pagani Huayra in a Nike ad. Implying that the car was too fast, Ronaldo joked that “the car crashed into itself.”
