LeBron James used the “King for Kids” charity cycling program to thank all the fans and the city of Cleveland.
This past Saturday, LeBron James made his first public appearance since leaving the Cavaliers to join Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh on the Miami Heat at the annual King for Kids charity bike race. King for Kids is an annual community event organized by James to encourage children to exercise and lead healthy lifestyles.

On this occasion, LeBron James sent his thanks to Cleveland as well as the fans who have supported him throughout the past time. James said: “To the city of Cleveland, my fans in Cleveland, my fans in Northeast Ohio; I want to say thank you for the past seven years and the years to come.”
As if saying thank you just once could not express his feelings, James repeated: “I want to thank the city of Cleveland and all of Northeast Ohio for all the wonderful years I have had.”
Cavs fans and Lebron James himself were furious with the two-time MVP when he announced on live television that he would be joining the Miami Heat instead of staying with the team he had been with for the past 7 years. Will James ‘s words of thanks make things any easier?
