See-through fashion has dominated the red carpet in recent years, but this trend originated in the early 20th century.

At the Cannes Film Festival, stars including Sophia Loren, Kendall Jenner, and Elle Fanning became the center of attention when wearing see-through outfits and expressing their own fashion personalities.
