Despite the fact that the north Londoners came in second behind Manchester City in the Premier League, the manager of the Gunners defeated Pep Guardiola to win the prize at the Globe Soccer Awards.

His Arsenal team has finished the Premier League season in second place the past two years, trailing the Citizens, who have won an unprecedented four straight championships.

But even though Arsenal just took home the Community Shield in the 2023–2024 season, they had one of their best Premier League seasons ever.

With 89 points at the end, they only garnered more in the 2003–04 Invincibles season [90], winning a record 28 of the 38 games they played.

All signs point towards to a busy season for Arsenal this summer as they look to bolster their squad in their quest to win a first league title in 2020.

And they also will be keen to tie Arteta down to a new deal at the Emirates, with their ex-skipper tied down at the club until 2025.

In addition to setting a new record with 91 goals, they also avoided losing to any of the “Big Six” teams.

Arteta was declared the “Best Premier League Coach” at the Sardinia, Italy, awards ceremony.

After accepting his prize, the Spaniard answered questions about Arsenal’s future while speaking on stage.

In response, he gave the club’s supporters a rallying call by saying, “Win. Win, win, and win. That is our goal.
