Mac Allister returns
Alexis Mac Allister is back training with Liverpool – despite not being due back for a little while. The Argentina midfielder won the Copa America last month and wasn’t expected to join back up with the Reds until after the USA tour.
With that, only a few players remain away. Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez, Virgil van Dijk, Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz are all expected back next week.

Former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard has donated money to a GoFundMe page which has been set up to help the grieving families after the Southport attack.
Three children, Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice Dasilva Aguiar, nine were killed in the tragic ordeal which happened on 29 July.
The stabbings happened during a Taylor Swift dance class which was taking place at the Hart Space on Hart Street in Southport.
