Cristiano Ronaldo recently shared why he likes to work out with his partner Georgina Rodriguez when he is at home.
In an interview with Whoop, Ronaldo revealed that he and his wife train together at home, as they can push each other to do better.
“When I’m not training at the club, I like to train with my wife at home. Because I can push her and she can push me too,” Ronaldo said.
The video also featured Ronaldo showing around his personal home gym and revealing more about his gym routine. Speaking of his time at the gym, he mentioned that he performs his daily exercises without fail and that it is important to be consistent to be able to maintain the top level.
“Most important thing is not what you do. It’s what you have to do,” he said.
The Al-Nassr star further mentioned that his daily gym routine includes five exercises featuring his legs and three with his upper body. He also demonstrated his favorite exercise in the gym with pictures.
Ronaldo is known for his hard work and rigorous fitness routine. He has been lauded by pundits and fellow players for being able to maintain his fitness at the age of 39.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez have been recently enjoying their time on vacation after the Portuguese finished this season with Al-Nassr and his Euro 2024 campaign with Portugal.
On July 19, Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez took to Instagram stories to share a video of them performing a demanding yoga session in a sauna. The video featured the couple performing the yoga techniques on the opposite side of a glass door while it was being shot from outside. Some calming music was added to the clip.

Georgina Rodriguez has been sharing some beautiful images of Cristiano Ronaldo and his children while on vacation. Although Ronaldo was unable to win silverware for his club and country this time, he had a good season at the individual level.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored 44 goals in 45 games in all competitions. He will be looking to win the AFC Champions League and the Saudi Pro League next season with Al-Nassr.
