Conquering a 40-year-old record, LeBron James becomes the NBA’s scoring king

Not beyond the predictions of experts and fans, LeBron James has officially become the NBA’s all-time scoring king at the age of 38.

In a fiery match against the Oklahoma City Thunder, LeBron James surpassed Kareem-Abdul Jabbar’s 38,387 points to become the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, officially becoming the scoring king of the American professional basketball league .

The moment LeBron successfully conquered Lakers legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s “mountain of 38,387 points” came at the end of the third quarter, completed with a mid-range fadeaway.

James scored 8 points in the first half, then accelerated with 12 points in the second half. A series of 3-pointers helped LeBron accelerate strongly in the first half of the third quarter before he reached 36 points at the end of the quarter, also the score that helped the Lakers narrow the gap to 5 points against their opponents.

In terms of physique, the Oklahoma City Thunder have no one who can really match LeBron James to block, so the Lakers superstar can score easily at almost every possible distance, from close to the basket, mid-range shots to 3-point shots.

Congratulations to LeBron James, one of the superstars who brought a moment that fans probably won’t experience for a long time.
