Cardi B and Offset’s relationship has been a whirlwind with a secret wedding, a cheating scandal and two children together.
The rappers tied the knot in September 2017 after having their first date at Super Bowl LI in Houston in February of that year. They announced in July 2017 that they were expecting a baby and welcomed daughter Kulture in July 2018.
The twosome’s relationship was rocked, however, when videos surfaced that appeared to show Offset in bed with other women in December 2017 and January 2018. Though Cardi stayed with her man at the time, she announced in December 2018 that the couple had split.
Two months later, however, she had a change of heart, and the pair reconciled. In September 2020, Us Weekly confirmed that the “WAP” singer filed for divorce, and they split for a second time.
One month after filing for divorce, Cardi and Offset decided to get back together. In June 2021, Cardi B announced that she was expecting their second baby. They welcomed their son, Wave, the following September. (Offset has three older children from past relationships.)

The couple had their first date at Super Bowl LI at NRG Stadium in Houston. “I told my publicist to tell him, because I was very shy, ‘Listen, if we gonna go on a public date together, you cannot make me look like a dumbass after this,’” Cardi recalled to GQ in April 2018. “And he was like, ‘No, I really like her. I’m really feeling her.’ We was talking, we was making out. We didn’t f–k. After the Super Bowl, it got really serious because I feel, like, all eyes on us.”

The Migos member joined his then-girlfriend on the song “Lick” from her mixtape Gangsta Bitch Music, Vol. 2. In the accompanying music video, they rapped together in a casino before almost sharing a kiss at the end.
