Ariana Grande was a winter wonderland on stage at Madison Square Garden on Friday night as she performed in fluffy ear muffs and a padded jacket.
The singer, 23, wore, under the coat, a black bra top and mini skirt at the Z100 Jingle Ball.
Her coat featured large thick fur cuffs that almost covered her hands as she held the microphone to sing.
