As she sat in the hot seat, Ariana discussed her tour, recording session with Stevie Wonder and played the Best Friends game with host Jimmy Fallon, 41.
She revealed that her first round of dates have been released, but reassured her fans that more will soon follow.
In addition to her tour, which begins next February, the singer will play the role of Penny Pingleton on Hairspray Live!.
‘I heard they were doing Hairspray Live! and I had a heart attack because this has been one of my favorite musicals since um, literally, like 10-years-old, since the original Broadway cast,’ began a visibly excited Ariana.
‘And to be Carrie Butler’s role…it’s very overwhelming,’ she concluded.
