The website was launched by Baldoni’s legal team and currently features two public documents that have already been filed in court. While the first is the actor-director’s amended $400 million complaint against Lively and her husband and actor Ryan Reynolds, the second is a 168-page document outlining a “timeline of relevant events”, submitted as an additional exhibit to the Baldoni’s complaint.

“The decision to amend our lawsuit was a logical next step due to the overwhelming amount of new proof that has come to light,” the media house quoted Baldoni’s lead attorney Bryan Freedman as saying. His team also maintained that they have “nothing to hide”.
In December 2024, Blake Lively filed a complaint accusing Justin Baldoni of invading her privacy, alleging he entered her makeup trailer uninvited while she was “undressed”, among other claims. She then formally filed a lawsuit in New York federal court against him, his publicist and the movie’s production company Wayfarer Studios, alleging retaliation for reporting sexual harassment. Baldoni denied the allegations, claiming that Lively and Reynolds sought to damage his reputation and that she had assumed control over the film’s creative direction.

A few days before launching the website, Baldoni’s team had also released a 10-minute video from It Ends With Us, maintaining that it depicted a scripted scene filmed professionally and with mutual respect. Lively’s team, however, countered that the footage corroborated her allegations. “The video shows Mr Baldoni repeatedly leaning in toward Ms Lively, attempting to kiss her, kissing her forehead, rubbing his face and mouth against her neck, flicking her lip with his thumb, caressing her, telling her how good she smells, and talking with her out of character. Every moment of this was improvised by Mr Baldoni with no discussion or consent in advance, and no intimacy coordinator present,” her team said in a statement.
On Monday, attorneys from both sides are scheduled to appear in a New York court for a hearing. However, neither Baldoni nor Lively is expected to attend, CNN reported.
