‘There is no difference between government and tech anymore,’ one VC says

Tech industry titans squeezing in near President Trump during his inauguration signaled a new era in American governance that some venture investors hope will benefit the smaller tech businesses in their portfolios.
“There is no difference between government and tech anymore,” said Lior Susan, founding partner of deep-tech-focused venture firm Eclipse Ventures. Susan, wearing an American flag pin on the lapel of his suit, watched the inauguration from the packed Capital One Arena, a few blocks from the U.S. Capitol.
