Miley Cyrus succeeds with restraining order request
The singer has received good news from the US judiciary, which has given her a protection order against a stalker, a 52-year-old man who arrived at her home shortly after he left prison.
The attacker had been sending her letters since 2018 and, according to TMZ, Cyrus went to court to request a temporary restraining order against the man who broke into her home.
The singer told the judge that the man had been sending her letters in which he asked her for money and wrote her comments of a Sєxual nature.
According to reports posted by TMZ, the man entered San Quentin prison in December last year and was released at the end of August 2023.
After his release from prison, he showed up at the singer’s house again, prompting Miley to take matters into her own hands.
The judge has granted Cyrus a restraining order against the man and in the notice prevents him from ever contacting her again, harᴀssing her or attending any events where she is present.
The order also prevents him from her attending concerts and he may not come within 10 meters of the singer, her home or her vehicles.
