What does LeBron James eat before going out on the field?

As a very professional player, LeBron James pays close attention to nutrition, including a light meal before going onto the field.

At 35, LeBron James has 17 NBA seasons under his belt and is in top physical condition. It is said that The King is like a state-of-the-art machine, but keeping that machine running smoothly is a feat.

Every year, the LA Lakers ‘ star number 23 spends $1.5 million on taking care of his body, including foods he especially loves like wine and Fruity Pebbles cereal.

LeBron admits he’s addicted to Fruity Pebbles

Before each match, James’s fixed meal is always a chicken breast ranging from 300-500gr and maybe a little pasta. The Lakers basketball star explains that he needs starch to keep his energy for long-lasting matches.

Although he is always aware that he is a professional player, LeBron James’ diet is not rigid. Occasionally, he still drinks wine, eats ice cream, and cakes if he craves them, but of course, it is very limited.

LeBron admits to having a special passion for wine. On his personal Instagram, he constantly shares pictures of opening bottles and creates a lot of controversy among fans.

Despite many objections, LeBron said he will still drink wine every day.

Many people believe that professional athletes should not use stimulants, especially alcohol, but LeBron once affirmed that he does not care about that and will reward himself with a little wine every day.

LeBron is a very rigid person in the gym, he always maintains a state of hard training to keep his body in the best condition. However, at the dinner table, LeBron James said he is a flexible person who knows how to enjoy life.
