LeBron James and the NBA’s No. 1 Player

As of the 2016-17 season, LeBron James has played 46,861 minutes of professional basketball, 5,532 more minutes than the entire career of the legendary Larry Bird, which means about one season more.

Lebron James is a very hard worker.

Lebron is the first basketball player to use a cold chamber for massage. LeBron James also uses physical therapy 3-4 times/week and wears foot massage shoes when going to the court to increase blood circulation. For those reasons, LeBron James has maintained a brave playing style and played quite comfortably for 40 minutes/game for many seasons, which has helped him earn more money and titles.
