C. Ronaldo and Raffaella Fico were said to have dated in 2009 when he was still playing for MU, not yet at Real. At that time, only a photo of the two chatting at a party appeared in the newspaper, no other photos of the couple. The model born in 1988 said her love affair with C. Ronaldo was “small and intense”. The 36-year-old model defined her relationship with the Portuguese superstar as “a beautiful, passionate story that I keep in my heart”. She said C. Ronaldo was her first boyfriend.
“I met him at an event in Sardinia when I was 20 or 21. He came up to me, started flirting and we exchanged phone numbers. That’s how the story started. I didn’t even know who he was. I asked the agent who was with me and he was one of the best players in the world at the time,” the beauty told Storie di Donne.
Raffaella Fico once shared in Novella 2000 in 2018 that she had been madly in love with C. Ronaldo for 11 months. “He is a normal, humble and quiet guy. To me he has always been a gentleman,” the Italian model commented.

The two have a daughter together, now 11 years old, but have gone through years full of scandals. “I met Balotelli at a disco. I went there with his sister and she gave me his number. Then we started talking, hanging out together and at the end of the night he took a bouquet of roses out of the back of his car and gave it to me,” the beauty recalled.
Raffaella Fico said that when she was pregnant, Balotelli did not want to be a father and asked her to do a DNA test. “Maybe because he was too young at that time. At first, he did not want to be a father. I do not hold any grudges. I forgave him because our daughter was born from this relationship. She is my great love. Mario cheated on me more than once, he did not even hide it. I forgave him because I loved him so much. Balotelli was the great love of my life,” the beauty confided.
C. Ronaldo used to be a playboy, having loved many beauties before settling down with his current girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez and their children. Meanwhile, Mario Balotelli also had many relationships after breaking up with Raffaella Fico in 2013. He had another son with an unidentified woman in 2017.
