Avril Lavigne announces “Greatest Hits” album ahead of tour

The 20-track compilation will feature fan favourites from her entire discography.

Avril Lavigne is taking a nostalgic trip down memory lane with the upcoming release of her “Greatest Hits” album on June 21st. The 20-track compilation will feature fan favourites from her entire discography, including her breakout hits “Sk8er Boi” and “Complicated,” along with more recent singles like “Bite Me” and “Love It When You Hate Me.”

The album release coincides with Lavigne’s first-ever Greatest Hits tour, which kicks off on May 22nd in Vancouver, BC. The tour will feature special guests like All Time Low, Simple Plan, Girlfriends, and Royal & the Serpent, promising an unforgettable celebration of Lavigne’s career.

In addition to the “Greatest Hits” album, expanded vinyl editions of four of Lavigne’s studio albums—Under My Skin, The Best Damn Thing, Goodbye Lullaby, and Avril Lavigne—will be released, featuring bonus tracks that were previously available only in digital format.

Fans can pre-order the “Greatest Hits” album now and purchase tickets for the tour on Ticketmaster and VIP packages on vipnation.com. Before embarking on the tour, Lavigne will perform at the 59th ACM Awards on May 16th alongside best new male artist nominee Nate Smith.
