In collaboration with the Crunch Fitness brand, Ronaldo guides fans through exercise through videos posted on Instagram . His seven exercises only use his arms and legs.
The content includes a number of simple movements, but affects almost every muscle group. Fans can practice at home without equipment such as weights or treadmills.
During the introduction, Ronaldo did not forget to show off his toned body and six-pack abs. This is the result of constant training to maintain the peak career of the 35-year-old player.
