Ronaldo plans to go fishing, doesn’t believe he can still play football at 39

A few days ago, Juventus striker Cristiano Ronaldo celebrated his 35th birthday. Although he is at the twilight of his life compared to most players, CR7 is still so energetic that he himself does not believe he is so strong.

In a recent interview, when asked what he thought he would do when he turned 35, Ronaldo said: ” 35 ? I used to think I would stop playing football and go fishing every day in my hometown Madeira.”

“Being able to play regularly until now is something I never thought possible. It’s true that I wanted to become a professional player since I was a child, but I could never have imagined that I would win as many honors and titles as I have now,” the Portuguese superstar admitted.

During his illustrious career, Ronaldo played for Sporting Lisbon, Man United, Real Madrid and Juventus. Although he has won 5 Champions League titles, he is still very hungry for challenges and does not feel satisfied with the titles.

Commenting on the possibility of Juventus winning the Champions League this season, Ronaldo shared: “Playing for a big club like Juventus gives me the opportunity to conquer the Champions League title once again. I know that it is not an easy goal to achieve because it depends on many factors. However, the possibility of me winning the Champions League for the 6th time is there because Juventus is a good team with a lot of potential.”
