Miley, who famously sparked up a suspicious-looking cigarette on stage at the MTV EMAs in 2013, has been open about her drug use in the past.
“I think weed is the best drug on earth,” she said in an interview shortly before the awards ceremony.
“One time I smoked a joint with peyote in it and I saw a wolf howling at the moon.”
Miley was pictured returning to her car after spending some time with a friend in LA and she teamed her controversial top with a pair of denim cut-off shorts and a black jumper.
The 22-year-old pop star, who is dating Patrick Schwarzenegger , stomped about in a pair of chunky black thigh-high boots which were laced up the front.

The We Can’t Stop singer teased a series of raunchy snaps on her Instagram account, including one of her standing naked in the bath with just soap suds covering her modesty.
The pictures were taken by her close pal Cheyne Thomas while she was travelling around the world on her Bangerz tour.
