Sunny Hostin shared her hilarious take on jibes at Tom Holland’s height difference with his girlfriend Zendaya on The View saying that his height doesn’t matter because he “can stand on his money and be very tall.”
Sunny’s comment comes as Joy Behar brought up the topic of whether a man’s charisma or “rizz” can make up for what they lack in their physical appearance. This comes as many have taken pointed jabs at the actor for his height as he is 5’7 and his girlfriend Zendaya, who he’s been dating now for three years, towers over him at 5’10. Recently Zendaya opened up how she was originally attracted to her Spider-Man co-star for his charming nature and ability to connect with others.
During the recent interview with BuzzFeed, Zendaya said: “I think someone who has beautiful charisma — not on the Dune cast — but works for me is Mr. Tom Holland,” she said. “I’m more shy and kind of quiet, so it takes a little bit more to pull me out of my shell. But he’s great at just talking to people and getting to know people. Like, you see him on talk shows and stuff like that; he’s just naturally very good at that.”

During the segment, Joy asked if “rizz” makes up for a man’s shortcomings to which Sara Haines replied: “I think there’s nothing hotter than funny people. That’s why I love you Joy. So I’ve met men that maybe don’t catch my eye right away but I really fall hard like for people that when I’m done falling for them I’m like what happened there?”
Joy then went on to ask if power outweighs attractiveness explaining that many women find power to be an aphrodisiac. To which Sunny agreed and added: “A lot of women do find that an aphrodisiac. We’re talking about Tom Holland okay – he may be a little shorter but he can stand on his money and be very, very, tall.” She continued: “He’s Super Man. He’s very attractive. He’s charismatic. It makes complete sense she’s into him.”
The Views fans took to X, formerly Twitter, sharing their takes on the ladies takes on the actor.
