The difficult problem throughout the Eras Tour journey has no answer! Taylor Swift’s audience was upset when they couldn’t see the stage even though they bought VIP tickets worth £700 at London Wembley..

Taylor Swift fans noticed a technical glitch during London’s Wembley show as others complained about not being able to see the stage despite having top-price tickets.

The megastar is in the midst of her first London leg of the Eras Tour – but fans who attended Saturday’s show have expressed their frustrations.

Some people complained about glitches on the big screen throughout the spectacle, suspecting that they might even be intentional because of how many there were.

While other fans raged as they revealed they had paid £700 for VIP ‘unobstructed’ tickets yet ended up barely able to see the stage.

This was in stark contrast to some people who had actually bought restricted view seats and ended up pleasantly surprised at how much they could see.

Sharing pictures and videos of the Wembley screen glitching, fans appeared shocked at how often the technical problems were happening.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, they wrote: ‘Think there’s been a glitch, #LondonTSTheErasTour! #TSTheErasTour#,’;

‘I’m starting to think all the stage glitches were really unintentional cause there were actually so many today. Idk I might be wrong but I wouldn’t take it as a reason to clown (but if you want to explain your theories to me and prove me wrong I’d love to hear them),’;

‘THE GLITCHING WTF #LondonTSTheErastour.’

Meanwhile, other fans shared their upset at having paid for top quality tickets but being left with a terrible view of the stage.

They said: ‘We paid a lot of money for these tickets and no where does it say restricted view! What can you do about this as they cannot see any of the stage that Taylor Swift will be on!’;

‘@TicketmasterUK babes pls explain how this isn’t restricted view??? £200 to not be able to see Taylor at the end of the stage??? thanks in advance xoxo.’

‘The tents blocking my view more than the sound tower but it could be worse I guess,’ another said, to which someone told them to complain if they weren’t told the view was restricted.

However those who had actually paid for restricted view tickets ended up happy with their seats.

They said: ‘My view was ‘restricted’ but like it was amazing?? I couldn’t see the stuff happening on the main stage but like everything else I could see everythinggggg,’;

‘RESTRICTED WHERE,’; ‘Restricted view from this weeks production drop is actually pretty great.’

Thousands of fans travelled far and wide to watch the superstar’s 100th show of her record-breaking tour in Liverpool’s Anfield last weekend – when many shared the same concerns.

The international pop sensation hailed the commitment to the countless fans who braved the rain to catch a glimpse of her landmark show.

And while the 53,000 crowd packed into Anfield stadium to cheer along to her greatest hits for three hours – not everyone left completely satisfied.

Certain VIP ticketholders were left briefly disgruntled after paying to sit behind a white tent – largely blocking the view of their beloved idol.

And poor VIP seat placements weren’t the only mishap of the night as eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot the huge screen showcasing Taylor’s performance had momentarily switched off.

However some sleuthing Swifties are remaining hopeful that the technical glitch – which occurred as she performed her hit-song Mastermind – signals a huge announcement on the horizon.

The landmark show did not have a surprise guest or special announcement – but fans believe the screen blackout is an Easter egg – a tactic Swift is notorious for doing.

In a video posted to X (formerly Twitter) by a fan account, the international sensation can be seen crooning Mastermind whilst the screen remains in darkness, only returning when she begins singing Karma.

Some of the lyrics include: ‘What if I told you none of it was accidental?’ as well as ‘What if I told you I’m a mastermind?’

Fans flooded the comments, convinced the timing was intentional, as the lyrics of Mastermind allude to Taylor Swift calculating every move and nothing being accidental.

The tweet has already amassed more than 16,000 likes and 588,000 views, with music fans questioning what the superstar had planned

‘It was on PURPOSE,’ one exclaimed, while another chimed: ‘REP TV IS COMINGGGG.’

‘The timing seems so perfect that it feels like it could be an Easter egg, but also would she do that?

‘Like it could’ve literally just been a technical difficulty and would she go as far to take away from the visuals for an Easter egg??? Idk about this one.’

Taylor Swift fans caused an EARTHQUAKE by dancing so hard in Edinburgh during the star’s Eras Tour

‘So I told you none of it was accidental,’ another joked.

‘The screen turned black during MASTERMIND?? interesting,’ one fan speculated.

While many Swifties were reeling with excitement about a possible surprise from the star – others were left frustrated with their poor view of the concert.

Posting a video, which quickly amassed over half a million views, Zella complained about her obstructed view after spending an eye-watering £660 on VIP seats.

‘Paid £660 for VIP seats and this is our view. We asked and they won’t move us,’ she penned.

‘Actually going to cry.’

Fellow Taylor Swift supporters advised her to ask again, claiming she would have to be moved if she did not have restricted view tickets.

According to Zella, she had already made the attempt however the entire show was sold out meaning there was nowhere to move her to.

But all ended well for the super fan as she revealed she and a friend were given even better seats – so they could clearly see the superstar in action.

‘Thank you to everyone for the support and kindness! We had an amazing time in the end,’ she raved.

Another attendee also took to social media to air their grievances about their restricted view.

The social media user, who post under the handle @shugartickz, shared a shocking photo of their view which was largely blocked by the back of the stage.

The top corner as well as Taylor’s famed diamond walkway was visible from the poorly plucked seats.

‘Some view that,’ alongside two laughing emojis and a sick emoji to complain about their £60 tickets.

Many were stunned by the seat placement, quipping that the restricted view should be ‘illegal’.

A second asked ‘How much they charging for that?!,’ whilst another joked: ‘Could say you were backstage.’

However droves of poncho-wearing and sequin-clad Taylor Swift fans refused to let seat placements or the rain get in the way of their fun as they descended on Anfield Stadium yesterday.

The Liverpool FC stadium was transformed into a sea of pink and red as many devoted Swift fans – known as Swifties – waited patiently for the doors to open in the rain.

Nothing could dampen our spirits today,’ Reece Edwards, 22, from Manchester who dressed up in the Reputation Era told MailOnline.

Dressed in coordinated sparkly dresses with her friends Lucy Powell, 16, added: ‘We too excited. We got the tickets a year ago and we are so excited to see her perform Reputation songs.

‘We have made more than 100 bracelets while waiting for the show.’

Many Swifites have spent hours making friendship bracelets to trade with fellow fans who have flown from all over the world for the show, which will cover all of the singer’s albums to date.

Hundreds were spotted wearing themed outfits. Some wore shimmery purple dresses in line with her third studio album Speak Now or dressed up how Swift appeared in her 2012 music video 22.

Others decided to dress up in fashion with her later albums. Amy Patterson, 30, and Rachel Varney, 33, were spotted in bright orange jumpsuits after taking from one of Swift’s songs on her 2024 album The Tortured Poets Department.

‘We have our jumpsuits on, we are Fresh Out the Slammer,’ Miss Patterson said. ‘We made most of our costumes last night.’

Dressed in a sparkly dress and cowboy hat Elan Mabbutt, 17, who traveled with her sister Alice, 16, from Aberystwyth in Wales for the show said: ‘I am so excited. I’ve been excited for ages and we got a puppy this morning so this is the best day.
