The Side To Side hitmaker, 29, could be seen wearing a tank top while her locks were styled up into a ponytail, allowing her bangs to gently fall onto the sides of her forehead.
But fans were quick to comment to express their concern that she looked different to usual with her blonde hair, light eyebrows, pale complexion and slimmer appearance.
It comes after last month Ariana pushed back against body shamers who critiqued her recent weight and facial changes.

She lip-synced to the trending sound from Keeping Up With The Kardashians which is a short conversation between Kim and her mother, Kris Jenner. ‘I’ve been doing my homework and I want to talk to you about something,’ the singer mouthed.
The reel then cut to the current Ariana who questioned, ‘Do you think your eyes are a little too smoky for everyday?’
The TikTok then transitioned back to her ‘old’ self, who lip-synced to the response of, ‘Yeah, I’m going through a phase, is that okay with you?’
After her current self stated, ‘Sure,’ Grande still added a quick eye roll to conclude the humorous video. In the text added onto the clip, the singer penned, ‘me to old me who wouldn’t be seen without a thick cat eye and an over drawn lip.’
She additionally wrote out in the caption, ‘who else knows the feeling? makeup makes all the difference… but we’ll never get enough of #attheborderline eyeliner marker or lip pencil.’
But fans commented on her different look as one wrote: ‘Someone said she looks AI generated’.
Another person added: ‘Every time I see pictures of this woman, she looks different.’
Ariana’s brand R.E.M. Beauty was officially launched back in November 2021, and contains a number of items, such as eyeliner, highlighter, and various shades of lipstick.
Social media users jumped to the comment section to express their thoughts on the reference to her past makeup style, with one writing, ‘HELP THE SHADE AT 2019 ARI.’
Another fan typed out, ‘this is getting funnier everytime i’m watching it,’ followed by a crying face emoji. One follower added, ‘not overdrawn lip. i am so obsessed with u.’

She went on to emphasize that there are many different versions of beautiful and healthy, and that people should remember they don’t know her personally, nor do they know the details of her physical or mental health.
