Next up for Arsenal in the Premier League title race is another must-win game. After their enthralling away trip in the North London derby, the attention turns for Mikel Arteta to Arsenal vs Bournemouth.

Needless to say, like every other game in the title run-in, this a MUST win game for the Gunners, therefore a strong starting lineup must be selected.

5 non-negotiable starters for Arsenal vs Bournemouth

That said, here are five non-negotiable starters for Mikel Arteta ahead of Arsenal vs Bournemouth…

1. Takehiro Tomiyasu

Takehiro Tomiyasu is clearly a valued member of the squad by Mikel Arteta. This season, the Japan international has seen an increase in his play-time under the Spanish coach.

However, 2024 has not been incredibly kind to Tomiyasu. Of course, he was away on international duty and struggled to find his way back into the Arsenal starting lineup, not helped by injuries.

So, it was a surprise to see Tomiyasu start the Champions League match away against Bayern and then, of course, the two London derbies in five days against Chelsea and Tottenham.

With three important fixtures under his belt, Tomiyasu has hardly put a foot wrong in any of them. Therefore, he will be eager to start yet another game in the Premier League title run-in against Bournemouth.
